This 2 storey house which is on a restricted size allotment.  A maximum usability was achieved in the layout of this minimum footprint – resulting in accommodating 3 bedrooms and a study, 2 bathrooms, living and family areas together with roof storage.

Reduction in energy cost controls for heating and cooling was achieved by a design to provide for eaves and roof cross ventilation, and layout of rooms, and windows designed with sun control from the north and west.

The house plan is approximately square in shape which provides lower building cost because of minimum external wall surface.
